This 70 Page ebook provides you with a 12 Weeks of programming including deload and testing strategies and also equips you with instructions for each session as well as other personal considerations to ensure this program will be as successful as possible for you. You get to decide your frequency and can choose whether you utilize giant sets or not, making the sessions very versatile so the program can be run multiple times in many different ways.

You will need access to at least 1 barbell, Dumbbells or kettlebells and a way to Deadlift, Bench Press, Squat, Overhead Press, perform Pull-Ups & potentially a band if you do not have access to a cable machine. A sandbag could be utilized for better results but it is not necessary at all to complete this program.

Other than the above mentioned items, you will only need a clock or timer (your phone has both) to monitor your rest periods as you go through the program. Experience yourself getting stronger every session while your body fat shrinks and your work capacity grows.
