9 Weeks prior to any deload or testing. 4x a week, :60-:75 Minutes per session. You will need access to at least 1 Barbell and a way to squat, Bench, Deadlift, Overhead Press, Pull-up & Potently a band if you are training at home and do not have a cable machine.

This is a VERY basic program and was designed to bring athletes back up to speed after taking time off due to the all of the COVID gym Closings.
